High School Student Workshop at Tufts

Tufts University Center for Engineering Education and Outreach is a research center that has developed a series of different workshops for all age ranges. We are very excited about our High School Workshop this July 23rd - July 27th on the Tufts Medford campus. This workshop will explore simple machines, aerodynamics, robotics and maker tools. Students will be challenged to build trebuchets that fire tennis balls, balsa/tissue paper planes that fly, bluetooth remote-controlled robots and a variety of microcontroller projects. Students will have the opportunity to work with woodworking tools, laser cutters, the EV3 robotics platform, and microbit controllers.

Grades: 9-12th
